How can I review my order before I have received it ???

Just received it last week but so far so good. App is easy to use.

Very impressed so far with the C1000. Just received it a few days ago, and tested it today by doing a load of laundry in my LG front loading washer. Worked fantastic. Still 85 % battery life left after washing full load. And as far as wattage goes, it was a walk in the park for the C1000. I bought it mainly for power backup for my home when power goes out from a storm. Won’t need it often, but for $799 Canadian, this unit is worth it in my opinion. Way more capable than my Arc5 Energizer power station I’ve had for years. I was going to upgrade to a bigger Energizer brand, but I was so impressed with all the YouTube videos that I watched recently of the C1000 unit, I switched to Anker Solix. Like I said, I’m impressed so far. The app is also very cool and useful. My plan is to use the C1000 beside my hydro panel when the power goes out, and I won’t even have to go outside where it’s storming or freezing or snowing or nighttime or whatever. I’ll be able to switch circuits over completely from inside my home. If the power is out for an extended time, I can carry the C1000 away from beside my panel, and take it outside during the day and when the storm is maybe a little subsided, and recharge it with my Honda gas powered generator outdoors. ( Honda 2000W inverter generator ) In my opinion it’s the perfect setup, unless you want to pay $8000 or more for a permanent outdoor gas whole home generator. I’m fine with having only a few basic circuits working when the power is out.

How can i review, if i haven’t received it yet!

The purchase transaction was quick and smooth. However, it has been a week now and no product arrived yet. The Anker tracking info page has no tracking progress. CANPAR site shows the item sitting in the same location for the last 4 days. I will update this review once i receive the unit and get to test it.
Update: Apr.15, 2025. CS escalated the matter with CANPAR and now i have the units on hand. First impression is good. Compared to competition, charging at around 600w is almost silent and no fan is heard. You can choose to charge at a higher rate but it is not good for the health of the batteries.. unit looks well built and robust. Will see how it will hold against time and when i do actually perform efficiency test.
Update: 2. Apr.15, 2025. Took off one start for app features it lack off i should say. There is no option to choose how high you want to charge the unit and how low you want it to go before cutting off. The competition allows for that in addition to specifying the percentage you want done with AC and then the rest will be charged using solar only. Also, when both AC and Solar are connected together, the unit seems to default to AC instead of using solar to save you money.
