Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THIS COMPETITION OR TO WIN OR CLAIM A PRIZE. ANY PURCHASES MADE WILL HAVE NO EFFECT ON A PARTICIPANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. The Promotion

1.1 The Promoter is Anker Innovations Limited ("Anker").
1.2 The Promotion offers eligible participants the chance to win a Tomorrowland 2026 Belgium festival experience.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The Promotion begins upon publication and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on July 6, 2026 (the Promotion Period).
2.2 All entries must be submitted before the Promotion end date. Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
2.3 Success entrants will be selected and notified on or before 11:59 PM (ET) on July 8, 2026.

3. Who May Participate

3.1 The promotion is open only to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
3.2 Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Anker, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.
3.3 Participants must have a valid email address and be able to receive email communications.

4. How to Enter

4.1 No Purchase Necessary. To enter, participants must complete and submit the sign-up form via the Meta advertisement online form with a valid email address. Each email address may only be used once.
4.2 Entries submitted via any other means (including but not limited to mail, phone, or social media direct messages) are invalid.
4.3 Anker reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant found to have engaged in fraud, tampered with the entry process, or otherwise violated these Terms and Conditions.

5. Prize

5.1 Four (4) Success entrants will each receive one of the following Prize packages, together with a Festival Kit:
  • Prize A (2 Success entrants): One (1) Full Madness Comfort Pass to Tomorrowland 2026 Belgium — Week 1 (July 17–19, 2026)
  • Prize B (2 Success entrants): Three (3) Day Comfort Passes to Tomorrowland 2026 Belgium — Week 1, valid for Friday July 17, Saturday July 18, and Sunday July 19, 2026
  • One (1) Festival Kit, including:
    • One (1) Anker A1665 Power Bank
    • One (1) Soundcore Space 2 headphones
5.2 Travel and Expenses. The Prize includes the festival ticket and festival kit only. Travel, accommodation, meals, transportation, travel insurance, passport/visa fees, and all other expenses not expressly listed in Section 5.1 are not included and are the sole responsibility of each Success entrant.
5.3 Each Success entrant is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents (including a valid passport and any required visas) and for complying with all applicable travel regulations.
5.4 The approximate retail value of each Prize is as follows:
  • Prize A: Approximately $1,260 CAD (Full Madness Comfort Pass approximately $1,010 CAD + A1665 $69.99 CAD + Space 2 $179.99 CAD)
  • Prize B: Approximately $1,350 CAD (Day Comfort Passes $1,100 CAD + A1665 $69.99 CAD + Space 2 $179.99 CAD)
5.5 The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
5.6 If a Success entrant is unable to accept the Prize as described, or fails to respond to the prize notification within the timeframe specified in Section 7, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Success entrant will be selected.
5.7 Anker reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the original Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
5.8 Success entrants must comply with all Tomorrowland entry terms and conditions applicable to the festival, including but not limited to age restrictions, identification requirements, and venue rules.
5.9 Each Success entrant travels and attends Tomorrowland at their own risk. Anker does not provide insurance of any kind. Success entrants must obtain adequate travel and health insurance at their own expense. Anker is not liable for any personal injury, death, or property loss arising from travel to or attendance at the festival, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Odds of Winning

6.1 The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

7. Success entrant Selection and Notification

7.1 The Success entrants will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
7.2 The Success entrants will be notified via the email address provided at registration by 11:59 PM (ET) on July 8, 2026.
7.3 Each Success entrant must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of the first notification to claim the Prize. If no response is received within this period, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Success entrant will be selected.
7.4 Success entrants may be required to provide proof of eligibility (including proof of age, residency and photo ID) before receiving the Prize.
7.5 Before being declared a Success entrant, each selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, as required by Canadian law.

8. Prize Delivery

8.1 Prize delivery will be coordinated directly between Anker and each Success entrant. Festival tickets will be delivered electronically or via a method determined by Anker. The festival kit will be shipped to a Canadian address provided by each Success entrant.
8.2 Tomorrowland 2026 Belgium Week 1 is scheduled for July 17-19, 2026. No alternative dates are available. If a Success entrant cannot attend, the Prize is forfeited and an alternate Success entrant will be selected in accordance with Section 7.
8.3 Anker will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by a Success entrant that are not explicitly included in the Prize description.

9. Personal Information, Privacy, and Marketing Consent

9.1 Personal information (including email address) collected through the Promotion entry form will be used for the following purposes:
  • (a) Administering the Promotion, notifying Success entrants, and fulfilling Prizes;
9.2 Entrants who opt in to marketing communications may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each marketing email, or by contacting support@anker.com.
9.3 Anker will not share or disclose participant personal data to any third party except as necessary to administer the Promotion and fulfill the Prize, or as required by law.

10. Indemnification and Liability Release

10.1 By participating, entrants release, discharge, and hold harmless Anker, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, Tomorrowland, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, Released Parties) from any and all liability related to participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, orisuse of any Prize.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Anker, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, Tomorrowland, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") shall not be liable for any claim, loss, damage, cost, or expense of any kind (including legal fees) arising from or in connection with: (a) any entrant's participation in the Promotion; (b) the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize; (c) any lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered entries; (d) any technical, hardware, software, or network failure; (e) any cancellation, suspension, or modification of the Promotion; or (f) any personal injury, death, or property damage related to the Promotion or any Prize.
10.2 Each Success entrant is solely responsible for all applicable taxes associated with receipt of the Prize.

11. General Conditions

11.1 Anker reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time for any reason, including force majeure events that affect the integrity of the Promotion.
11.2 Anker will not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11.3 By participating, entrants agree to indemnify and defend the Released Parties against any claims arising from their entry or use of a Prize.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
12.2 Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
