I ordered a new item direct from maker and was sent a used item stained with brown fluid droplets. My overall experience with receiving this product and the process of returning it, and the anker company
Customer service representative refusing any adequate compensation have ensured I never purchase another anker product, and certainly will not speak highly of the company to friends, family or colleagues. Absolutely brutal.
