The Anker Prime 20,000 mAh power bank is solidly built and feels high quality. With its 20,000 mAh capacity, it’s practical for my travel. One useful feature is its three high-power ports to ensure sufficient power to cha ge my devices. With this power bank, I’ve been able to charge a laptop requiring 65W power as well as camera batteries, and it performs well for my needs.

The square shape makes it easy to hold, but not as convenient to pack. A wider, thinner design might make it easier to fit into backpacks or travel bags.

Excellent mid-sized battery with obviously denser cores.

And I love the display! Does all it says. Gorgeous.

Never received my order

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever encountered!!!!! Ordered and paid for my product but have not received it yet!!!! Over 2 weeks. Contacted customer service and kept being told to wait longer while blaming the delivery people. No resolution, no apologies and no compensation. Be warned, if something goes wrong they will not help. Too bad as they make amazing products!
