Bought this for power outages and use when we're out and about for longer periods of time. Have only had it for a week but it's powered everything I've throw at it. Love the app for monitoring usage.
1kWh of capacity is the perfect size for running a 12v fridge/freezer for the weekend (2-3 days easily). Not too heavy or big to carry around (only around 25lb) but enough power to run air fryer or electric grill as well. The 600w XT60 port can charge at high speed with a 560w car alternator charger (sold elsewhere). Rated to -4C in discharge mode is also very nice. Of all portable power stations on the market I would recommend this one first. It’s perfect. One note, in high output/input AC mode (above 600w) the fans sounds like a space heater, but the fan profile is smooth (no spiking on and off) so it’s more white noise.
Will use it for home backup and for camper van. Worked perfectly for microwave made my wifi to reheat her coffee
Received this product and used it for the first time at my off-grid cottage this weekend and I must say that I wish I would have purchased this unit from the start. Seems like a great compact package with a nice display and easy to use App. I did have to by an adapter to hook up my already installed 400W solar panels, but it was cheap and easy to install. I run a dual compartment 12V fridge and LED lights throughout my cottage, phone charging and a radio all day and into the evening and only used 65% of the first battery which I was pleasantly surprised about. it was raining most of the time and i only seen a high of 40ish watts of power being generated by my solar panels so little to no charging during this period of use.
After hurricane helene, family member needed to borrow due to power outage. This product allowed them to charge phones, laptop, batteries for power tools, etc. They charged it back up using the car charger which worked well (as the solar panels were in transit). Subsequent to them returning to me, I used the solar panel (100w) to recharge as it arrived. Went from 76% to 100% in 4 hours (keeping in mind, I placed out in the morning and the sun was not at its peak, I repositioned into direct sun after an hour, and the charge rate went up quickly. Overall, I would recommend. Those concerned with size, it’s about twice the size of a men’s size 13 boot (eg it does not take up a lot of space), and is fairly easy to lift with the handles.
