Ordered Dec 16th, It shipped last week and still have not received it. Had to chase support via email to get answer initially as to why it didn't ship. Turned out they didn't even have any in stock, but took my money. Now I get CC statement and they billed by card twice same day and are denying what Visa is telling them. Terrible email only support where the first two layers hardly speak english and the correspondence is broken and doesn't match the case. I would go somewhere else for sure. There are a few more brands equivalent to Anker with far better service.
