Despite contacting your support team, I was informed that the delay is due to high demand and logistical issues. If that is the case, why does your website promise delivery within 3 to 5 business days? This does not reflect well on a reputable brand like Anker.

Normally, When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking information to track the package. Once shipped, the order will take 3-7 business days to ship out and get it delivered based on each customers' different shipping routine and address.

The C300 is awesome, works fine. The APP features are useful and pratical.
One of the best Power Station.
The Anker AC can wall-charge faster at 330W, but the heat is concerning.
The pack shows 45-46C/114-116F when charging at 330W. Plus it doesn't taper down the charging watts, holds them at 330 right until 100%. Even when charging at 200W, the temps are 41C/106F compared to the Jackery 300 Plus 35C/95F. I think those high temps shorten battery life.
This is a good product. I like it a lot!
