I got wrong order first and then I reached to the customer service, who told me that you will get the right product in 2-5 business days which is good but after 9-10 business days I contacted them that I haven’t received it yet and they told me that it will take another 2 business days to get the product dispatched from warehouse and then it will be shipped. 100% useless customer service. They do not know a simple thing that if someone order an item then they want to use it now not after 20 years when they want to ship it. I don’t think business will kast if they keep providing this kind of customer service and keep making mistakes. I want to get contacted as soon as possible from a responsible person
