I am pleased with the product as it charged fully and appears to operate without issue. I have additional attachments which do not have clear explanation which would have been helpful to resolve for my knowledge immediately.

I really can’t comment on the product. Ups was to deliver yesterday. No show. Got one shipment today but extra battery, which was supposed to deliver today also,no show. Ups not showing a delivery date for second parcel.

The generator and solar panel arrived very quickly. I have only used the generator briefly but it seems to work as described by Anker. No more attempts at firing up the old gas generator in the future. I'm a happy camper. Thank you.
