Item arrived well withing shipping time frame mentioned while purchasing. Easy setup. Have not used it yet to provide any further feedback than initial setup experience thay was smooth. Looking forward using it soon.
I've been cycling this unit daily running a few systems in my house for over a month now. It's reliable and hasn't glitched once on me. However I think the app needs some additional features to control things like the battery charge and discharge limits. I realize these functions are available when the Anker Home Power panel is installed, but I think they should be available to the stand alone unit as well.

I am writing to report that I have not received my shipment associated with Order R0101011131337S.
On December 20, 2024, I received a text notification from FedEx advising me to be home to sign for the shipment. However, the package never arrived. Since then, I have ensured that someone has been at my house daily in case the shipment showed up late.
After tracking the FedEx number, it shows that the package was received at the Mapleton, Georgia, FedEx location on December 24, 2024. I contacted FedEx today to inquire about the situation, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist me and advised me to contact your company. Despite my suggestion to have the Mapleton FedEx office check for the package in their warehouse, FedEx was unwilling to take further action.
Given that this situation has persisted for over a week, I kindly request that you resolve this issue promptly. If the shipment cannot be located and delivered soon, I ask that you issue a full refund so that I can purchase a solar battery backup system from another source. With the likelihood of power outages this spring, I need this equipment urgently.

The only issue I had was Anker only gave me 1 tracking number but received 5 different deliveries. Finally received the last package after contacting Anker and they gave me a different tracking number for that package. They really need to supply all tracking numbers. Got them fully charged and plugged in a few items and everything appears good. Real test will come after April when cabin is delivered.
Worked like a charm. Only have the solar panels temporarily mounted, but everything works great. It is nice that this system can be mounted indoors out of the rain.
