Just what I needed to be “travel” ready

Not had to actually use it for real ( hope I never have to) bought as a backup after the storms in Texas that left us with no power for a week. Amazing delivery speed, easy to set up, worked well in testing. Hurricane season is here so that will be the big test. Love the fact there is little or no maintenance needed .

This appears to be a great product except that I am concerned that the hot and neutral wires are reversed on the 120v plugs.
My tester shows this is a problem. I will contact Anker to get this resolved.

I haven't had it long, but its portable power. It's quite. Seems to have good build quality. I wish the DC plugs had a higher rating then 10amps. An Option for DC wire terminals would be nice as well. At the moment, I've really only used it to run a box fan at night in an off grid camper. It is a little heavy,but a good size. I got The 400watt panel with it. Seems decent build quality as well. Wish they would make a portable frame for them. I plan to make a collapsible one out of aluminum angle iron, To help protect the bottom of the panels, and keep it off the ground.Plus extra support from the wind. All in all, time will tell.

Tested it the week I got it and everything works great, nice to have some peace of mind with all the fun weather we have been having.
