I absolutely love the Anker Solix C1000!

Seems to work well and gives good power for my starlink network between generator run times. Love the UPS as I can recharge and run without interruptions in wifi

City was replacing a pole in our street, electricity was out from 8am-5pm. Plugged the fridge into it and no worries.

The unit itself appears to work well. We just started using it as a power source for a remote cabin. I tried to get a cable extension for the 3 meter cord that was shipped (too short for our needs) but after 3 tries still no response from the support/service side.

I ordered the Solix 2000 back in July 8 they gladly took my money and never heard back from them so here we are now 3 weeks later on fire all around me I need this machine to provide power for my motorhome to keep my big dog kool while bugging outta here as homes are burning not far away so I tried to call these people no answer I left call back number several times no response then yesterday they email me and say they can’t ship to such a remote location ummmmm really,,,!!!!! I live right beside the highway get shipping daily for my garden centre
So we very poor customer service and they obviously don’t have qualified staff to handle such a simple process not impressed
