Excellent Quality. Very heavy but I can charge my macbook pro, ipad, iphone, and watch at the same time with no issue.

Where I work I always suggest anker products to customers because of the reputation and because I personally always check if anker has the accessory I’m looking for first before looking at other brands. This product that I bought wasn’t cheap and there was certainly way less expensive options from various different brands. Frankly, speaking and disappointed the Port that’s supposed to support charging for my MacBook Pro makes the MacBook show the error It shows when it’s plugged in into some random generic power adapter. I wasn’t expecting this and I certainly would have reached out if I wanted to go through the trouble of shipping it back and waiting to receive a new one. I know with electronics there’s room for error, but I was just expecting better. I thought products are tested before they’re sent out.

Heafty little USB charger. Well built and solid. Works very well.

It completely cleaned up a drawer that had a power bar and too many blocks to charge and power my devices. This replaced the whole thing and the directions and schematics on how power would be distributed were very easy to understand.

It charges. The surface has a pleasant texture. Rubber feet. The unit is noticeably heavier than the non-GaN Anker unit it's replacing. Why is it missing the blue LED? The carton it was shipped in is needlessly fancy (I purchased directly from the manufacturer [it wasn't from a bricks-and-mortar shop] so I know what I'm expecting). The marketing-packaging expense could have been better used with adding features to the unit. The cable tie is now a silicone belt-buckle that tears easily (why did Anker abandon the Velcro cable tie?). Yes, the ANKER PRIME CHARGER IS ADEQUATE. Not great. Not excellent. I expected more at this price-point. Pity.
